Authorized furnitureBROKER Refund/Cancellation Policy

iDealFurniture, LLC. reserves the right to refuse/cancel a membership in the Authorized furnitureBROKER Program.
If iDealFurniture, LLC refuses a new or renewing membership, Authorized furnitureBROKER will be offered a refund for the current term.
First 30 Days is FREE
Membership cancellations received within 30 days of registration will not be charged the following monthly billing amount. If after the 30-day free time frame, a refund will be made based on a prorated period of the monthly membership amount. You will get a partial refund. That’s a firm promise and commitment.

  • Cancellations received after the first 30 day free time frame will be eligible for a refund.
  • All refund requests must be made by the account credit card holder.
  • Refund requests must include the name of the member and/or user name
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

These above policies apply to all Authorized furnitureBROKER memberships unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials. Please read all individual program information thoroughly.
Products provided/sold by iDealFurniture, LLC partners and the Authorized furnitureBROKER program are subject to the return policy of the manufacturer.

To serve you and others better in the future, we request (but do not require) that you tell us why you want a refund or cancelled your membership. We want satisfied customers.
Please remember that asking for a refund but continuing to use the membership from us is the same thing as stealing and may also violate applicable intellectual property rights law.
